I enjoy having access at all times of day with great customer support! You can even create surveys or polls for your internal teams as well (which helps eliminate bias!). It's very easy to use too - just give it time before you become frustrated by how intuitive everything feels; there are some things which could be improved but nothing major so far. We've been able to gather input quickly through simple questions/polls without our customers feeling like they're being forced into something when we know their preference isn't aligned with what may have already gone out live elsewhere. Our team has also been more engaged around gathering ideas via social media posts than ever before because people feel less intimidated about posting directly onto a survey instead. The biggest benefit here was increased engagement within my own business; however this only really translates if everyone else involved understands why these tools exist and uses them appropriately.
