I installed a pole mount and connected a smartphone charger (exactly as advertised). While I was adjusting the smartphone holder, the case cracked. My guess is that the two halves of the device weren't glued together properly or sufficiently as very little force was used in the adjustment. I am thankful that this happened during the installation. If that happened while I was driving down the street, then say goodbye to an $800 cell phone. Disappointing as I saw some very good reviews and approvals on YouTube before making the purchase.
