Love the design and easy portability. The strap inside is great for securing our dog so he doesn't come out. The reason I didn't give it four or five stars was that the zippers are difficult to use and you can only open one side. The only way to open the other side is to fully unzip the zipper. So sometimes when our dog is looking the other way we can't open that end to let him out etc. Also the mat inside is very nice but it does it but it doesn't have velcro and isn't secured in any way so it fits into the enclosure glides. There's room for another pillow and some food, which is nice, but I wish there was more storage as that counts as my carry-on. I really like it, but I'd probably get another one that opens on both sides, has more storage space, and a sturdy pad if I got another one.
