My cat loves it! In fact, this is the second K&H window sill I've bought. The first is still going strong 2 years later; It was for another room. Installation was easy. We used the drilled holes to attach it directly to the window sill so I can't comment on how well the velcro works. My cat jumps, runs and smacks her vigorously and she is still in great shape. We put our cat on the side of the room with a leopard print bumper so she can have her little den with a window and fall asleep without worrying about falling off. She seems to enjoy it a lot and sleeps on it a lot more than the ones we have without the bumper (which she still uses, but mostly to watch the critters outside). 5/5 is recommended to anyone who has a window, just know that their cat will want to look at it for several hours a day.
