Expensive rain jacket at a unique price
This is a cute rain jacket. It's just the right weight to play in the rain. Our 16 month old granddaughter is quite small and wears clothes from 12 to 18 months so it's a bit big for her. I just roll up the sleeves (to keep water out of the cuffs) and the jacket fits nicely to my knees. I think it will suit her for fall.
