I always ordered a 1.5 kg package, I never had any problems with the food. We got a second cat, I decided to take a 5 kg package, maybe it's profitable. As a result, they sent spoiled food, apparently it was not stored correctly (((They stored it changed color, the smell is also different! On the left, the food is normal from a 1.5 kg package, on the right, what was sent in 5 kg, the granules are very light, the smell is sharp and not pleasant! The cats did not eat the new food, and what to do with these 5 kg now?! Just a waste of money I wrote to the support service, there is no adequate answer! With this in as a whole, there are problems, for all questions, copy-paste standard templates and no specifics! I do not recommend ordering from this seller, and even more so in such a volume!
