I wanted to use this from my IBM computer via the HDMI port on this product. The product comes without a user document explaining how to use it or whether it requires a driver or DLL from Microsoft. C, connect to the TV's HDMI port and set to that port, nothing worked. I went into Device Manager (with MS Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit). with this product ?Unplug the cable from the computer and plug it back in, and this device will come and go, so it's clear it's for this converter, but MS Windows doesn't know which device it is, and without drivers this product can not work it. Support because it's somewhere in China Guess if the seller reads this and does it right and fixes the problem. See Device Manager screenshot
