I like that you can quickly create your own reports for different processes within our business which helps us save time by not having to make requests from other departments or individuals who may be less familiar with how things are done at this level of detail. There isn't anything i dislike about using quartz so far but we have only been able use it since early February 2019 when they first released their new version (which was also added into production). We just had an outage where all data disappeared mid-day one day last week while running queries against historical transactions - no idea what happened there yet! But after going through logs/etc., everything looks fine now except some strange behavior during those few hours.
