At first I wasn't impressed with this product. I've wanted a steam cleaner for a long time so I was very excited when it arrived. I opened the box and used it immediately before reading any instructions. What I got was high blood pressure but what appeared to be low heat. I used it again and again to steam my half of the bathroom but was disappointed. Then when I tried to open the top. it just kept spinning. I tried again a few days later, the heat seemed a little better. but I couldn't open the lid after use, which I thought was a safety measure due to the steam and pressure. FINALLY I read the instructions and realized that if you try to open it immediately after use, you need to vent by opening the top. this works but is still tricky (but I'm currently working with one hand). I also decided to try all the attachments before giving up this vaper. I started it again and let it sit for about 5 minutes. I used a cloth steamer on a pair of jeans. it worked great! Eventually I saw that I was completely wrong about the temperature. Thing gets hot. I have a portable steamer but it works better for light clothing. This worked great on jeans, but because of the spatter, using a towel sleeve is a must. I then used window cleaner, the nozzle goes to the end of the cloth steamer. I was impressed too. The only downside is that the squeegee is fine and the corner on the edge of the window is weird so it's still wet. I then used an advanced sticking spray to get rid of some of the stains on the wall. I was very afraid that the pressure would not be strong. I was wrong. I actually lost some color due to the heat and pressure. The cleaning of the oven impressed me the most. There are stains on our main burner that even oven cleaner cannot remove. I used a regular short nozzle and the thick black debris started popping. it hit me So all in all a keeper for me. Pros: - many attachments - great fabric steamer! - good pressure and occasional heating? - excellent possibility of quick manual loading. or it could have been user error) - You must wait to reapply once the vapor is gone, the instructions recommend 5 minutes. realized that if I didn't, the pressure would be low and I would get a lot of spatter
