I fold a lot of paper every day for letters and accompanying papers and bought this bone binder blind. I've never owned a folding tool, and based on previous research, many people probably preferred real bone. But since I couldn't get a real bone folder, I decided on this one. I can't comment on actual bone folders, but this thing did its job and surprised me more than I could imagine. Sheets of paper, thick cardboard or other things that can be folded. You can put all your weight on it and it won't break. The best part is that it doesn't scratch the paper which is a big plus for me as I used all sorts of materials before folding the paper. And then I discovered it, and life has never been so easy. Some scratches are visible due to wear, but no scratches through the paper. I don't know how people can rate this under 5.
