Both my Slopoke box turtle and my Russian tortoise Torgo get this food almost every day. I mix it with boiling water and it turns into a mush. I feed them vegetables. It has calcium to help your peel. You probably guessed that they are in separate buildings. Very different habitats and they don't look the same.
