I have a lawn mower that has stood still for a long time. When I tried to run it I could tell the battery was low but not dead. He would have tried, but there wasn't enough juice to turn. I got it, threw it on the charger and in a few hours the battery was charged and I was already mowing. In the winter I plan to use the keep charge option to keep the battery charged so I don't have to worry about it next year. The charger is quiet and light. There are plenty of wires for the clips, and the clips themselves are big enough that you don't have to hold them to the max to try to attach them to a battery post. In general I am satisfied with this product.
