Review on Phil Voyager Buggy Doubles Charcoal by Jennifer Schreier

Finally some information about this stroller!

I was really struggling to find information about this stroller, so I'm adding this review to help others! Pros: The modularity of the seats is amazing! High five mode is especially useful for young children who can face the stroller driver and toddlers who can look ahead. My 3 week old baby fit in the second seat with no problem - I just laid him down and buckled him in. - The tilt is very easy to maneuver for both seats on the go. - The stroller is well balanced. I panicked a little when I left and saw my little one at the very end of the seat but he didn't tip over. - Canopies on both seats have excellent coverage. - It has a great curb as long as you keep the heavier kid closer to the handlebars. It has very smooth suspension on all four wheels. Every crack in the pavement did not disturb my sleeping children. The seat inserts come in bold colors and are easy to remove for washing. Overall, the fabric makes a high-quality impression. Cons: One thing I didn't realize until I bought it is that the two-seater (black top in the pics, not charcoal) is about 5 inches smaller than the main seat. ? See my next comment on size. I don't know how a five year old fits in a seat. My 3 year old is in the 7th percentile (26 pounds) and only has an inch and a half of seat space on the main seat. She didn't fit in the double seat - she hit her head on the lantern. Unfortunately, I can't live with this stroller for as many years as I had hoped. The footrest gets in the way and sometimes limits recline, depending on how you've configured the two seats. I wish there was an option on some configurations to just remove the footrest. - My toddler has to clumsily climb over bars to get to his high-five seat. - I can't figure out how to fold the thing with both seats. It's doable, but the result is the most uncomfortable large stroller when folded. So the seats have to be removed. On the plus side, the seats are very easy to put on and take off, but if you're trying to take them up stairs or fold them down in a restaurant, that's a problem. A carrying handle can also be used. We're not exactly sure where to carry the stroller from when it's folded. The storage basket below is small, especially small when children's feet fall into the basket. Bottom line: I like it for the many possible seating configurations, and I especially love the high-five mode.
