Like most Maxpedition owners, I have many things from them. I have carried a Falcon II as hand luggage in many countries for 8 years. The calculation has changed a bit with the introduction of discount airlines like Spirit, who now charge carry-on baggage fees. The Falcon II is small enough to be sneaked around as a free personal item. The Falcon III doesn't have a zippered pocket for a hydration bladder or a hole for a hose. I don't know how long the outdated series will be in stock, but 8 years without stretched seams is impressive.
