Still waiting for a response from LifeProof support. Mine broke in one hell of a two, and the phone was hurtling down the road at 30 mph. I have driven over 2500 km without hiccups. But I paid $40 for it and I'm very glad it just broke in half. Update January 2013 New. I'll say I've ridden about 3000 miles with the mount in place and in some inclement weather (rain, heat etc) but still. The design is such that the main stem is basically just forked. At least they replaced it without question. UPDATE: In 2014 I already went through four bike racks. I gave up on the last one and just threw it away. Every time this thing just falls off its mount, the phone flies down the street. I'm a road racer, not a mountain bike. This is a serious design flaw of the LifeProof bike mount. It's basically SHIT. Don't trust your $700 phone at the POS.
