I want to give the product zero stars and the worst customer service a negative rating. The product has a serious design defect that could result in a fire hazard. Adapters and other leaking electrical parts are located under the water pipes. There was lysis from the UV tube and water ran to the adapter under which smoke started. Luckily I was in that room and realized it quickly before a big accident happened. I called customer service outside the return window, they asked me to send a photo of the smoke. My first reaction was to turn everything off instead of taking pictures. However, after a long conversation, they said they would send a replacement adapter, but they never sent it. Now I'm out of the returns window.
