The best thing about zoipers customer support team is their attention to detail when it comes time for billing or trouble shooting issues they fix them with ease! Their knowledge base section has helped me resolve several problems I was having as well as providing answers that were not addressed by my other vendors products. So far so good nothing really but have been impressed how great zooper's communication skills are. We recently upgraded from vx400/ v200 series and we needed help figuring out what features our new phones (zoom h3) would provide us without sacrificing legacy services such as voicemail etc..
