Review on TOMY Pocket Monsters Hello Hallowica by Anthony Record

I felt the price was quite high for the size of the product. I bought this for my 8 year old grandson for his birthday which is only in July so I don't even know if it will work let's hope it does. I also didn't realize I couldn't even read the label on the box, is it Japanese or Chinese, I don't know I just can't read what's on the box so I'm praying he knows how to power. Here is a photo of all sides of the box and some English words, this is a problem for me.
