Review on Moread DisplayPort Gold Plated Compatible Projector Accessories & Supplies by Matthew Owens

I had to return it because after it was connected and working for a while the screen started to distinguish colors as if I was looking at a 3D picture without 3D glasses. If I unplugged it and plugged it back in, it worked again for a few hours and then the problem reappeared. I bought another product that had the Displayport to DVI in the same 6ft cable and that solved my problems. I would guess mine was just a rotten egg as there are many other positive reviews.
