This is what you need to replace the infamous and poorly designed Grant Horn Button. I've been through at least four Grant knobs on my Mustang over the years, and all of them have ended up cracking or blowing at the wrong time. Admit it, you too. So I decided I had nothing to lose by trying. Here's your warning: the Grant steering wheel mount kit has the smaller electrical connectors that the GT Performance uses. So if you're not comfortable cutting off the smaller ones and crimping the larger ones, you'll need to find a friend to do it for you. It's possible that a GT steering wheel mounting kit will fit the Grant handlebars, but I can't tell. Anyway, I just cut the old connectors, crimped the new ones (I had a lot of leftovers from a previous project) and did it. Fall in less than 10 minutes. The o-ring requires some effort to install properly, but it hasn't moved since it was put on, unlike Grant's flimsy design.
