First use of dip grips and tips. I've found that I use the G tip most of the time and it's very thin, although a larger tip is fine too. Fits easily in the pen holder, although the very thin nib is difficult to get out of the holder and I have to use pliers (or bite my teeth if I have to, which is probably not ideal). Anyway, the holder is a cheerful sunny yellow color with a cute cat logo - how could you not want to use it?! I took off a star for ease of use because there is a pen and ink capability. Don't put too much ink on the pen so that it covers the entire pen and part of the holder. Dry your pen from time to time while you draw. I have no experience with other brands. I am very happy with it.
