This is a lightbulb. And it meets its specifications. I noticed it myself when you turned it on. They start with a slightly dimmed brightness output, but reach their brightness after a minute and seconds. Remember that the brightness of the light depends on how many watts you want to buy. In my experience they are good. I installed 2 in the living room and 2 in the kitchen. They take on the task of illuminating the area. A good thing.
