I use CPAP with nasal gel pads. Even though I use high humidity in the car, I still suffer from various irritations of the nostrils. Burn for several days. It itches and hurts for a few days. Some days it is hard and dry. Some days it could be all of those things. I have used oils, sprays and even Vicks to fix this problem. THIS BALM HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE THE FIRST TIME I USED. If using CPAP isn't a problem for you, the daily side effects aren't a cakewalk either. At the moment that's all I use. Sometimes I have to touch it up a few times a day, but it always works regardless of the symptoms. I am very happy with my purchase even if it is a bit expensive. I was concerned that the small retractable wand would break in half, but after a week of moderately careful use, it was strong enough to withstand the pressure required to insert it into the nasal cavity. I hope each small container will last at least a month or two. So far I'm very happy to have found something simple and affordable at Revain. I would only recommend this to people who have dry, itchy, cracked or crusted noses.
