I fully charged the device as above before use. I have an Oral B Electric. It is very difficult to get it under the box, but it is possible. The green light came on for 1-2 seconds then went off, then the red light came on, blinked a few times and went off. Thing is, the UV light only turns on when the green light is on, so it doesn't work if the green light isn't on as far as I can tell. It doesn't even light up every time I close the case. I tried my manual (travel) toothbrush, it fit better and the light didn't come on at all. Maybe I got a broken one and the one that got stuck doesn't work. I plan to return and look for something else.
