Bought this set of thermal underwear for my dad when he went on a trip to Canada at the end of March. He is usually very picky about the fabrics he chooses for his clothes. He's always been sensitive to the cold (for him, anything below 77 degrees Fahrenheit was cold). This continued until a few years ago when he started having trouble regulating his body temperature. There are times when he's cold, but when clothes touch his body, they heat up very quickly until his skin starts to burn, which is why he usually wears anything 100% polyester. So he was a bit skeptical about buying this set. I bought it for him and told him to take it with him and use it on the trip if necessary. And so it happened. He said this kit helped him stay at a comfortable temperature on the trip. The fabric is slightly stretchy but smooth on the outside and soft like a fleece on the inside. Temperatures during his trip ranged between 20 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit. As for the fit, the shirt was a little loose and part of the pants was a bit too long for him, but otherwise it fit him well.
