Perfect for my 2001 TJ with factory sound box. I had to work around a mounting point at the top where the soundbar sits. Actually, while it doesn't really matter, I just connected the top and side panels together without wrapping them around the roll bar at that particular point. Use this mesh all summer with no problems. The factory top slides over the net with just a little wobble to get the bows of the top through all of the net's attachment points, although it's not that difficult. Got this to keep my dog in the jeep, it does the job perfectly.
