Review on πŸŽ₯ COOAU Projector with Built-in Speakers for Enhanced Compatibility by Patrick Reynolds

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good projector for its price range

I waited about 7 months to review the projector as after a period of time (any projector) seemed to resolve the issues mentioned. My daughter wanted movies in of the driveway, which seems to be fun. (This is a completely different article). She used gift cards and birthday bonuses, so I scoured Revain for the best projector in her price range. This suits us very well. Some things I didn't think about at first: 1. Sound: The projector has good sound, nothing special for a giant cinema screen. It took us 2 soundbars to get it right. One had an audio cable that we plugged into a DVD player. But that meant we could only watch DVDs. Our new DVD players that could stream videos over Wi-Fi didn't work with this soundbar. Eventually, I found out that I could pair the Fire Stick to our soundbar via Bluetooth. So streaming and audio solved.2. Brightness: It's not a TV and it doesn't cost $750, so you won't see it in broad daylight. During the day we watched a movie in the living room. It's not surprising, but it works.3. Clarity: I've noticed that the screen sometimes gets blurry when using a Fire Stick. If I adjust the lens, some things will still not be clear. For example, I can't read anything at all on the main screen, but when the movie starts it's perfect. The movie is great but I can't read the credits. Overall I think this projector is good for its price range. I would say it paid off. We need to spend time watching family movies when we might otherwise miss out on quality time together. Please do not expect cinema quality films. We are happy with what we have. (My DH even built a PVC frame for the screen.)
