Review on 📶 EnGenius ENS500EXT-AC Technologies: High-Performance 5 GHz Outdoor 11AC Wave 2 Wireless Access Point by Terry Reed

This is the third EnGenius AP I have purchased. The rest worked perfectly. This did not connect to a device either in the factory settings or after setting up the network. I contacted tech support via email (they disabled their tech support phone number) where after initially asking for my IP address and subnet mask they didn't reply to emails for TWO MONTHS. Finally answered with a link to a youtube video that might be helpful for those who don't know how to set up a network, but the fact that I had a faulty device on my hands didn't help. I should have sent it back to Revain immediately but I tried to do the right thing by contacting the manufacturer. Revain refunded my money even though the return period had expired. I am grateful for that.
