There is no point in contacting Epson support

I did a lot of research before buying this scanner. It should work with Excel. The work required to work with Excel is ridiculous. I could just as easily enter each item from the receipt into the Excel spreadsheet by hand. I contacted Epson and never received a reply to my email. Now I see that Epson support ended two days ago. I'm stuck with an expensive piece of junk.
