The platform provides excellent customer service by way of email as well as through its dedicated chat feature - it's very responsive! I really appreciate that there are no additional fees charged for this product, even after reaching certain usage levels.

It would be nice if their pricing model were slightly less expensive than some other competitors in order to compete better against them but so far everything has worked great! We're able to communicate and collaborate daily via Slack which makes communication easy when working remotely from different states/countries around the world.
