Good kids locks at a reasonable price but some problems

I have tried different types of locks for our cabinets and they are fine. I don't like her, but I don't hate her either. Well, 1. They are pretty easy to install and most of them work very well2. The magnet works easily with strong fridge magnets, so you don't have to buy a keychain or if you lose your key3. You can disable the locking mechanism, so if, for example, the child has grown and no longer needs to be locked, or the child is sleeping and you are in and out of the closet for some reason, you can simply install it. when unlocked. Poorly. 1 They don't work well on all cabinets, some cabinets or the portion of the door frame that the base sits on is too narrow for the adhesive to actually hold it together well enough to hold it in place. 2. Good luck if you have hanging corner cabinets (e.g. for Lazy Susan) or any other reason that the cabinet is either closed so you can see the white plastic from the base or the door part. Or worse, it didn't work at all, we actually had a pair that we had to unscrew and insert a small washer between the base and the top of the cabinet to lower the lock enough for the door component to snap and latch. 2 After installing the child and trying to open the doors from the height of the baby, I found that I could not open some doors because I obviously pulled at a different angle than when trying to open them the child. because she could still open them. (Unscrewing the screws and installing the gasket as above fixed the problem.) Overall it's not a bad product, I can't say I recommend this product, but I won't warn against it either.
