It is possible to finish the entire game, including all of the optional effects, in six to eight hours, which is a significant reduction from the length of the first game. The story does not measure up to the standard set by the first installment in terms of drama, but the gameplay has not only improved but also gotten more attractive thanks to the addition of Miles's powers. There are fewer accessories, fewer outfits, less chips for the costumes, and fewer negative effects. In overall, the game is enjoyable, but it is in no way comparable to the first installment, and as a result, it makes the most sense to take it with a remaster and play through the first game once more. The Spider-Cat suit is reserved until the conclusion of the game and the conclusion of the storyline:
