I'm 5ft 1in, 135lbs and curvaceous. I usually wear medium sized tops but after reading the reviews I decided to go for a large one. When I took it out of the box it looked very tight but it fit perfectly! It has a layer of nude inside the entire front so don't worry the bra will be see through (but it will be on the back so I recommend wearing a solid nude bra with it). Very soft cotton with good elasticity. I have large hips and the elastic is not too tight at the panty/thigh line.
