I guess I should have expected this as it folds up but I never thought anyone would do anything for a small animal that could possibly collapse with them INSIDE! Nothing really keeps it open except the two sides and they don't really agree. So as soon as your animal moves in, they kick out the sides or knock them out and the whole thing collapses. Terrible design. Also, the holes are too small for a rabbit. The house seems big enough, but the bunny can't get in! It appears to be for the gerbil only and my rabbit is only 4lbs. Too bad because I can't find anything like that for her
