Perfect for the occasion!
A little small! My son wears a size 8 toddler in sandals and a size 9 toddler in shoes with socks. I bought the baby size 9 with a bit of hesitation as they are for a slip on, but I could almost go up a size! They will fit next month's wedding but if I were looking for a longer dress I would definitely need a size 10 for toddlers.
