Snug and comfortable. I use them for cool morning outdoors to keep legs warm.
So, in a "creative" endeavor, I wear them under my softball pants to keep my legs warm and help prevent pulled muscles on cold mornings. It works. These are tight enough to wear pants over them and not look like I have fat legs, LOL. They're comfortable and not scratchy. Very happy with them.
