Review on XCMAN by Josue Zepeda

XCMAN's web shop is where I recently bought some snow sports gear. Everything about it was disappointing. To begin with, it took me more time than I would have liked to find what I was looking for on the website. The checkout procedure was long and unclear. Shipping took longer than expected, and when the items finally came, they were not what was promised. The things were of low quality, and one was broken when it arrived. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but they were uninformative and inattentive, so I'm still stuck with the problem. In general, I was really dissatisfied with XCMAN's web store. As a do-it-yourself guru, I assumed I would receive superior materials and support. I will not shop here again and warn others to exercise caution before making any transactions with XCMAN.
