This neck fan is easy to use. There is a button on the side to adjust the speed. I like how it hangs around my neck so I don't have to carry it around like a pocket computer. I usually use them when I lift weights at the gym. It helps me stay cool on the go. I usually train for an hour and I've never run out of battery, so the battery life is amazing. Someone at the gym commented on how stylish it was. I told them it was less than $20, they couldn't believe it. The best thing is that there is no battery, I can just charge it via USB. I'm also surprised at how light it is.
