Love it, make sure you have something to attach the ends to.

This works well to keep our little one from rolling out of bed. We sleep together, that's good for us. Our child is strong enough to move around independently and we follow all safety rules when sleeping together. Note: Our bed did not have slats in the correct position under the mattress to attach this slat. I had to attach some wooden planks to the battens so I could securely attach the railing. I don't see this as a disadvantage as we wanted a full length rail for our king bed and would run into this issue with any rail of this size. The instructions that come with the guide are minimal. So if you're not used to assembling or connecting things, it might take a little longer to figure it out. I like that the top of the rail is soft, which I didn't notice in the description. It's very easy to use and seems secure enough for our needs. In my opinion it should not be used to keep large babies out of bed. This is not for a spontaneous game pin. These are bed rails to keep a sleeping child and babies from falling out of bed. For this it is ideal and strong enough. After assembly, I was a bit worried that children's feet could slip between the mattress and bottom rail and cause problems, but we let our child stand directly on the edge of the mattress under supervision and that was never a problem. Just press the button and you can also lock with a simple twist of the button.
