First, they are suitable for shoes that require fast-twist cleats. When they arrived I figured they were just plastic spikes and wouldn't last long. Boy was I wrong! It appears these are steel spikes covered in a layer of black paint. I found out while taking a course in them. I still don't understand why they won't let me use it! I like them a lot and that's why I got them! As there are also many hills in this area.
