After emptying it is essential to ensure that the internal parts are very tightly joined together so that the case can close completely. Otherwise, it will continue to open during use. It looks and feels like it's all been reassembled, closed and reinserted, but that's often not the case. But when everything is assembled really nicely and securely, everything works great! I haven't used it for wet things though - I just can't figure out the function yet. But I have no reason to believe it won't work
