Review on Bluetooth Headphones Neckband Cancelling Waterproof by Jennifer Schreier

I bought this headset to replace my old set that recently broke. This is my first neck portion. The buttons were easy to get used to and the product has great sound quality. However, I ran into a problem when I put on hearing protection and earmuffs and worked outside for a couple of hours on a very hot and humid day. It appears that moisture build-up has affected the performance of the set. The next day they worked normally, but I expressed concerns to the sellers. Replacement was offered immediately, waited. Nothing is waterproof and as they worked once dry I can really recommend them, especially with the company behind the product. EDIT - As promised by the seller, they sent a replacement earphone. I can't praise the seller more - they really stand by their product. I am very grateful for their support.
