I bought it mainly for cycling. I'm an avid mountain biker and need a band that monitors my heart rate and cycling so I can combine data and progress towards my fitness goals. The bracelet was incorrectly tracking the correct time and distance I was on my bike, I had adjusted my ankle strap correctly and it was giving me a lot of incorrect data. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed that the GO Zone feature only worked 1 time out of 5. This product was supposed to track sleep activity patterns but it didn't calculate it properly, sometimes it indicated I only had 2 hours of sleep which was actually more like 8 hours. The app was very easy to set up and sync to my IPHONE. I would not recommend this product as it does not work as advertised!
