I tried sleeping with this last night but ended up taking it out. There is definitely a learning curve. I wanted to love it, but it just isn't as practical as I was hoping. I think next time I'll just bite the bullet and buy a curling iron. I will say that this is clearly real silk and the product itself is of good quality. I also really liked the packaging. Just not for me I guess
