Easy to use on graters

This is really quick and easy to use on my ginger tea every morning. Cleans just as fast! I'm just not sure how to use the blue plastic tube? I suppose it's supposed to protect my hand, but it's too big to hold ginger or garlic. But for the price and ease of use, I recommend!

Pros
