Review on Hand-Free USB Personal Neck Fan - Portable Mini LED Cooling Device for Sports, Camping, and Office by Jacob Seymour

I have an O2 Cool Neck fan that I've been taking to music festivals for years (yes, that's me). While it offers relief from the heat I was looking for something better hence this purchase. This neck fan produces significantly more wind and has some really cool lighting too. It's bigger than my O2 Cool but worth it for the extra wind it provides. The kit comes with a charger, not batteries, which is a big plus. I just got it so can't say how long it will last but so far I'm very impressed.
