UPDATE 7/14/2017:Upon contacting support, I can report that the fix indicated below DID take care of my issues indicated in my first review. I updated my star rating to 3. But, because so many have experienced this same "shut-down" issue, I can not warrant a higher rating.SHUT DOWN ISSUE FIX FROM PANASONIC:----------------------------------------------------------------TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS1. Unplug/Cut the power source for 20-30 seconds and re-plug (try different outlets)2. Hit Stop/Clear 3 times3. Try operating the unitIf these steps do not work and you are still having the issue, please respond and let us know so that we can have this issue escalated to the department here that handles cases like these. The model is the Sharp ZR559YW and I have to say for someone that has purchased Sharp products before, this is a huge disappointment. When using the Potato or Sensor reheat, it does heat but then shuts down for a couple minutes. but does come back on. The Popcorn feature is a joke and never completely pops the bags on any settings. Sadly, I went over my 30 days and can not return it to Revain. I will not purchase another Sharp product again even though I have others. With all the similar reviews doing the same exact thing, they have not pulled the product. which is concerning.
