Adapter not working.

Never worked but was able to return because I didn't have time to use it until the return window closed. I'm guessing it's connected properly since it's sealed. Wanted to use this to charge a car at a friend's house we visit regularly and tried it on a couple of plugs but it didn't work. Don't buy if you don't want to reflash.
