Very comprehensive project management tool

I like the fact that it's a web-based software. I can access the program from anywhere and I can work on the program from home. The customer support is very good. I have had to call them only once. The software is great, but sometimes I feel like I'm not able to do all the things I want to do in the program. I wish I could do more than one thing at a time.
I also wish I could create different templates for the same page. Just go for it. I would like to use this for my clients. It helps me keep track of everything I do.

Pros

This system has helped with keeping organized when working as an invoice processor/bookkeeper /accountant.The invoiced are easy enough where you don't need any special training or education just click away! Also being online makes accessing your files easier then having hard copies scattered around somewhere ,it’s always available if needed!!!!!I love how simple its user friendly too !
