I rarely review anything, but I have to say that these knives are one of the best purchases I've ever made. I bought them 5 years ago in my sophomore year and they are still going strong. I have since bought a significantly more expensive Wüsthof knife set, but all Rada knives surpass these knives in durability and quality. I can't say enough how much I love these knives. I rarely have to sharpen them but when I do they are shockingly sharp and stay that sharp for months. I strongly recommend them. As a side note, the santoku knife in this set is by far my favorite kitchen knife I've ever owned, it's extremely versatile, lightweight and the wide spine of the santoku comes in handy for making lots of cuts.
